I bought these for my dad, and they worked much better than we expected. He snores every night, but after using these nasal dilators his snoring was noticeably reduced. These nasal dialators are working well for me. I have a lot of sinus issues and my nose tends to swell at night. These nasal dialalators gently push my nose open so I can breathe so much easier. They’re more comfortable than my cpap and I sleep very comfortably with them. I will definitely be purchasing these again.
I purchased the 3-Pack Sleep Set and tested each size over three consecutive nights. After trying all three, I found the large size provided the best fit and was the most comfortable to wear during sleep. While the dilator did help somewhat, the improvement in opening my nasal passages was only minimal. That said, I prefer this solution over adhesive Breathe Right strips, which I find less convenient and comfortable. I plan to continue using the Crioxen Nasal Dilators for several more weeks to see if they provide greater benefits over time. Although my initial results were modest, the product is easy to use, reusable, and worth trying for those seeking an alternative to nasal strips.
I am first-time user of dilators so I was glad this package came with two sizes. I read in previous reviews that it could be a little uncomfortable and sometimes fall out. Bye, I'd like to start out by saying this product totally works and it's well made and I have no complaints with it whatsoever. It delivered 100% on what it's supposed to do If you are reading this and you had an issue with this product, most likely what is going on is one of two things. Either the product doesn't fit in your nose properly, which is possible, or you may be having sinus inflammation due to allergies or rhinitis or some type of sinus trauma that's causing inflammation. Or maybe even like swollen turbinates that are just an issue... You need to keep in mind that opening up your nasal pathways isn't the same as reducing systemic inflammation in your nasal passages and so what I noticed immediately. I'm putting this in is that yes it opens up my nasal passage. I have a problem where I get random information on one side of my nose and it switches, sides and the side that was swollen. I still couldn't breathe out of it but the side that was open I could breathe out of much easier than before. So this is a really good tool for me on my journey to figure out if I need to have turbinate reduction done. I'd like to avoid surgery, but I'm starting to realize that my quality of life is so much better with less swelling and open airways that it may be worth it.... Anyway, thanks for the good product
I bought these mainly to help with snoring. My partner says I'm much quieter now, and I personally feel more rested in the morning.
They took a couple of nights to get used to, but now I barely notice them. Comfortable, easy to clean, and they don't slip out while sleeping.

LoL But, for improved breathing, it's definitely the best Nasal Dilator that I've ever tried! And, it can be worn for an extended period of time, which is really helpful for my morning walks, and doing Tai Chi (worn for up to 12 hours without any problems). However, the "clip" may take a little getting use to. I'll definitely be buying it again!
