The soft dilator really helps breathing and I’ve ordered more. I use it for exercise and expect it would be uncomfortable for sleeping because the fit isn’t perfect. Having a trial option to determine which device to use is a good idea but I thought it was pricey.

Did not achieve stop in snoring. Did open nasal passages. Uncomfortable tried soft and hard.
I can use it at night but during the day it falls out
it definitely does it’s job of opening up your nasal passage, however it always comes off when i’m sleeping. I’m assuming that i instinctively take it off when i am in deep sleep because it really irritates my nose or it falls out due to me moving around while i sleep.
Firmer plastic than rubber versions I have had but still comfortable.
I love the SOFT, and actually ordered more of them. I found the the FIRM was just too uncomfortable for me.
I like the product alot. There is a learning curve to figure out to insert correctly. No instructions included. I will keep using it. I can sleep better, I have a deviated septum. Time will tell on the longevity of the piece. Cost will also play apart for future orders. But all that being said I'm happy with results.
I had a skin reaction to the bandaid type nose strips which had a glue that was causing the skin on my nose to peel like a sunburn. These did the trick, and according to my wife keep me breathing even when I'm on my back. Just took a little getting used to not messing with it in my sleep.

I already sent my written experience and explained the need and how to revise design for a better result. Maybe I can send a little sketch later to show an improvement to your good idea.
I have a deviated septum and they work. They have a soft and hard nasal dialator. I wish they made one that was soft and flexible where it connects on the nose but was harder on the wing part that pushes the nostrils out. When I say this I mean harder that what they sell as hard already.

I tried a bunch of different styles, but this one's the winner. Does it really work, though? My lady says my snoring's way better – sometimes she doesn't even hear me, and when she does, it's just like a baby snore. I've also noticed I'm waking up feeling more refreshed.Guess I can blame the dog for the occasional snore, but she's not getting any nose strips anytime soon... lol Seriously my dog snores lauder than I used to.Keep in mind that it will take a few nights for your tender nose to get use to since you are putting an adapter inside your nose and you may feel some discomfort. It is all in how you put it on and how much you move during the night.There is room for improvement as like colors and texture but so far this one is a keeper.

I have tried 3 different kinds of nasal dilators, the only ones that worked for me were these. On a rare occasion it will fall out during the night, but they work perfect and do not make my nose sore.

I use these every night. They are comfortable and actually stay in my nose the entire night. They have enough springback to open airways even after a few months of use.

When sleeping on my right side, my nostril seems to close, but this opens the channel so I can breathe and sleep better. It says they are good for 10 or 15 uses, but honestly, I clean them and use them indefinitely. I just bought a new set for an upcoming high-altitude trek. I find these essential when acclimating to high altitude. I might even try them while hiking. A wonderful invention, if they work for you.

I didn't think you would enjoy a photo but these nasal expanders are easy to use and actually let me breath better at night. I have sinusitis and was seriously hooked on nose sprays or pills. They can be used longer than "Marketing" claims and even though you look like a great ape with them in, they haven't stretched my nostrils that I can see, using them for several years now. Skip the nose band aids!
